Terms, refunds and privacy

Updated 4 November 2026

License

Buying Xmac gives you a perpetual license key for up to 3 Macs that you own, including all Xmac updates. Keys may not be shared publicly or resold.

Refunds

Within 14 days of purchase, if Xmac doesn't work for you, email us with your order and we'll refund you in full. The license key is deactivated after a refund.

Payments

Payment is by bank transfer using a VietQR code, confirmed automatically through the Trig Hub payment gateway. We never store your bank details.

Privacy

We store only your email and order details to deliver and recover your license. When you activate, the app sends the license key, a random device identifier and your Mac's name to enforce the 3-Mac limit. Xmac never sends usage data, keystrokes or files off your Mac.
